Food was wonderful until I found hair in my bowl. The lady I talked to wouldn't give a refund and told me I can do whatever I want. I work in retail and this was terrible customer service. Would recommend if they got rid of who ever talked to me and whoever put hair in my acai bowl.

This place is very clean and modern. The ingredients are fresh and their food is presented in a very appealing way (see attached photo). If you are looking for a healthy alternative, this is definitely a place to check out. The only drawback is this is not the type of place to pop in and pop out. It'll take somewhere in the neighborhood of 10-15 minutes even with only 1-2 other customers in the store. But I can be patient for the quality they serve.

Taking our order was haphazard and seemed unorganized. We were the only people in the store. They ended up messing up the order requests for no cashews in the açaí bowl, which caused some interesting times an hour later. We also asked for the deluxe açaí bowl and only got the original, but they charged accordingly. When taking our order the gentleman seemed distracted and had to run to the back room after each item was ordered, then came back to hear the next item. Not real impressed. Store was clean though.

Yummy and super fresh açai bowls! I got the standard açai bowl, and it was delish. The deluxe acai bowl is now 13.50 instead of the 11.50 as listed on the online menu. The space is large and open. Good seating, and it was empty except for me this Monday afternoon. I will definitely check this place out again.
